The initial meeting— Every move starts with clarity. During a 30 minute video call, we will talk through where you are, what you’re hoping to accomplish, and what’s realistic for your timeline, budget, and goals. Whether you're buying, selling, investing -or a mix- we cover what matters most to you. Whether it’s next month or next year, it’s always a good idea to get the conversation started. You’ll get a clear idea of next steps, what to expect, and how I work. No pressure and no prep needed! Just bring your questions and curiosity.

Plan + Prep + Preview

Searching/Preparing— Now we get specific. For buyers, this might mean dialing in your criteria, setting up tours and negotiating offers & counters. For sellers, there is pricing strategy and home preparation for listing and launch. First step is an in-person walkthrough to confirm scope, direction, and opportunities. For investors it may be reviewing off-market options, rental data, or ARVs vs renovation approaches. Depending on your situation, I’ll loop in trusted lenders, stagers, contractors, and more. Through it all, we move at your pace, but always with direction and momentum.

Escrow + Execute

Getting it done— Once we’re under contract, I manage every detail from offer to close. You’ll get proactive updates, calm guidance, and a clear roadmap of what’s ahead. From counter offer negotiations to inspections, potentially more negotiations, to final signatures, I’ll be in your corner, making sure no detail is missed, and nothing gets lost in translation.
